The coach didn't answer

Check you're online, then tap Try again. If it keeps happening, email us and say roughly when it happened. Please don't include the message itself.

Delete a person

In the app, open People, choose them, and tap Delete. Everything about them goes, including their messages and what the coach learned.

Delete your account and everything in it

Email hello@getkindregards.com from the address you signed in with. If you never signed in, tell us the name of one person you added so we can find your account. We'll delete it all within thirty days and confirm when it's done.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. To cancel, open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
