Terms
Last updated 5 November 2026
These are the terms for using Kind Regards. By using the app, you agree to them.
Who we are
Kind Regards is provided by MYCOVEY LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17269187), registered office 3 Ashmead Street, Aylesbury, England, HP18 0HN. You can reach us at hello@getkindregards.com.
What Kind Regards is
A conversation coach. You tell it about a message or a moment, and it suggests a reply and explains why. You decide what to send, and what you send is yours.
What it isn't
- It isn't therapy, counselling, or legal, medical or financial advice. It can be wrong. Use your own judgement.
- It isn't for a safety situation. If you or anyone else is in danger, call your local emergency number (999 in the UK, 911 in the US). If someone is threatening or controlling you, Kind Regards won't write a reply and will point you to help instead: in the UK, Refuge on 0808 2000 247; in the US, the National Domestic Violence Hotline on 1-800-799-7233; anywhere, findahelpline.com.
Using it fairly
Don't use Kind Regards to threaten, harass, frighten or control anyone, to pressure someone using their money or their children, to pretend to be someone else, or for anything unlawful. Don't try to get around its limits or its safety checks. We may refuse a request, or close an account, that breaks these terms.
Free and paid
You can try Kind Regards for free, up to a number of replies shown in the app. After that it's a subscription, bought and managed through the App Store. The app shows the price before you pay, and you can cancel any time in your Apple account settings. Cancelling stops the next payment; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
Your account and your data
How we handle your data is in the privacy policy. You can delete a person in the app, or ask us to delete everything by emailing hello@getkindregards.com.
When things go wrong
We try to keep Kind Regards working, but we don't promise it will be available, uninterrupted or error-free, or that a suggestion will be right for you. Features may change, or be withdrawn.
Otherwise, and to the extent the law allows: the app is provided "as is"; we are not liable for what happens after you send a message, or for any decision you make based on something the coach suggested; and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us for the app. Nothing here takes away rights you have under the law where you live.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere, you keep the protections your own country's law gives you.
Changes
If we change these terms, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
